Hi I called in to with my husband but the carpark was busy so he got out as I was waiting for a car park space He had been served with a bottle of vodka as they were on offer one Per person As we have our own as the reward account, as we are not always togetherThen I went into the shop when I parked the car to get my bottle of vodka with my own appThe counter where the bottles of spirits are said to my husband Just got a random man off the streets to get you an extra bottle of vodka I said no I am his husband and I have my own app. I am not getting it for him. She said how are You both partners two menWell But this is and You can have a same sex relationship. And then she said I’m calling the manager you will get that extra bottle of vodka taken off you. I said good to get your manager because nobody will be taking this bottle off me now I’ve patriot we are two individual customers. And then, just as she shouted for the manager to come, she said to us at least I have a job so she judged us for the second timeYet Little does she know we have had plenty of businesses? I have recently just sold a public house. The fact that this lady thinks it’s okay to judge people one for being in the same sex couple because we are two men And then to add more petrol onto the fire that was already happening she then says at least I have a jobWell, if you was employed by me, she would definitely not have one. I have never judged anybody in any of my businesses.I don’t care whether people are working or not as long as they are paying their bill at the end of the day I don’t care whether somebody’s got a pound in their pocket or £ or a million I would treat everybody the sameNo matter what day are wearing or what they have we are all humans regards of their colour race or sexuality. When the manager come over he was understanding and took her off the counter and said he would have a word with her. I’m just totally shocked at this happened in this day and age how we was judged not only for being two men when my husband told her I was his partner she said no you’ve just got a random man to buy an extra bottle for youI meant to say, at least she had a job I can honestly say in any shop I’ve ever been into I’ve never in my whole life experience what I experienced today in Asda

I went with my boyfriend a couple weeks ago one evening to do a quick shop. I bought some vegan cupcakes and when we got back, I noticed both packs were out of date from the th October ( we went shopping the second week into November!). I went back a week later (as I was ill) and explained this at the customer service desk, when the member of staff didn’t even seem phased by it. He had a very monotone voice and didn’t seem bothered at all that he is working in a supermarket, that keeps out of date stock on their shelves. He said we could “exchange” them for another two packs instead and when I went back to that same aisle, there was another pack of the same vegan cakes, out of date! I ended up having to take that pack to the customer service desk as well. This is honestly unacceptable. The member of staff had taken the out of date cupcakes from me before I had remembered to take a picture of them so here is a picture of the pack of cupcakes they had still on the shelf a week later after I went back to do the “exchange”.

Entered the store today and was browsing the aisles. I was carrying a plastic bag that contained items bought in home bargains in the city centre. The security guard approached me and asked to see my receipt and what was in my carrier bag. He mentioned it was the managers stop and search policy. I am not a shoplifter and there was no reason to suspect me as a shoplifter as I regularly visit this store. The security staff made me feel extremely uncomfortable and other shoppers stopped to see what was going on , making me look guilty of something I didn’t do! I’ve remained loyal to this store, even when I’ve moved to the other side of the city , I still made the trip to shop here! Appalling service. Please if management see this you will see I entered the store already with a carrier bag with items I had previously bought. Will not be coming here to shop again. Awful service.
